We make this delicate, dry and fruity white wine by carefully selecting the best grapes from the ancient and generous lands of Velletri, rich in history and with age-old winemaking and grape-growing tradition. lt is excellent with all dishes and particularly sutted for first courses, white meats, shellfish and fish. Serve chilled at 8-10°c.
